We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Tele counselor to join our team. The role involves providing professional consultation and assistance to individuals seeking to study, ,or settle abroad. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer- approach, and a good understanding of immigration processes for destinations such as Canada, Australia, the UK, and the USA.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic and online counseling sessions with prospective clients regarding immigration, study abroad visa programs.
• Explain visa categories, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and application processes.
• Assess clients’ profiles to determine eligibility for various immigration or visa options.
• Maintain updated knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and program changes.
• Follow up with leads and maintain records of client interactions
• Assist clients through the application process, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation.
• Achieve individual and team-based targets for consultations, conversions, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., documentation, legal, admissions) to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Handle client queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 12th/Bachelor’s degree

1 Year–3 years of experience in immigration consulting, overseas education counseling, or tele sales.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasive, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Knowledge of immigration programs for Canada, Australia, the UK, or similar destinations is highly desirable.

• Prior experience in a tele calling or counseling role within the immigration or education sector.
• Positive attitude, empathy, and strong ethical standards.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing visa and immigration regulations.
