• Engage and counsel prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Follow a

  target-focused, consultative sales approach

  to convert leads
• Explain programs, benefits, and career outcomes clearly
• Guide candidates through the complete admission and enrollment process
• Consistently achieve and exceed

  monthly admission targets

👤 Who We’re Looking For

• Graduates from any discipline
• Experience in

  Inside Sales / Admissions Counseling

  (Education/EdTech preferred)
• Experince in counselling for Online degree program
• Strong communication & persuasion skills
• Highly

  target-driven, accountable, and result-oriented

• Comfortable working with CRM tools
