Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Student Guidance: Assist prospective students with understanding and completing the application process.
Information Provision: Provide accurate information on academic programs, campus resources, admission requirements, and financial aid.
Application Management: Review, evaluate, and process applications, ensuring all necessary materials and documentation are submitted.
Recruitment: Organize and participate in recruitment events like open houses, college fairs, and information sessions to attract new students.
Relationship Building: Foster relationships with students, families, high school counselors, and alumni to support recruitment efforts.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of student interactions and application progress.
Admissions Decisions: May be involved in the final approval process for admissions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: A minimum of a high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor's degree often preferred.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with students and families.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong abilities to build rapport and provide empathetic support to students.
Organizational Skills: The capacity to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and organize events.
Customer Service: A customer-oriented approach to ensure a positive experience for applicants.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
