Key Responsibilities:

Handle admission inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and school visits.
Provide detailed information about the schools curriculum, facilities, admission process, and policies to prospective parents and students.
Guide parents and students through the complete admission journey – from inquiry to enrollment.
Maintain and update admission records, databases, and reports accurately.
Organize and conduct school tours, orientation sessions, and admission-related events.
Collaborate with the academic and administration team to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
Support the school’s marketing and outreach initiatives for admissions (seminars, workshops, open houses, etc.).
Build and maintain positive relationships with parents to ensure trust and satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field).
Prior experience in admissions counseling, customer service, or front-office roles (preferably in the education sector).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle parent/student queries with empathy.
