Admission Counselor

We are seeking a knowledgeable Counselor to guide students preparing to study abroad. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students/leads and explain our services clearly and confidently. Follow up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to convert inquiries into admissions. Understand student profiles and guide them towards suitable programs, countries, or services (study abroad, work visa, language training, etc.). Maintain a database of inquiries and update follow-up details in CRM tools or Excel. Schedule counselling sessions, webinars, or meetings with senior counsellors. Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and admissions. Build strong rapport with students and parents for long-term engagement. Qualifications: ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field. ● Experience: 2-3 years in educational counseling, preferably in study abroad. ● Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. ● Attributes: Empathetic, detail-oriented, understanding of educational systems and visa processes. Working Hours: ● Shift Timings: 11 am to 8 pm IST, 3pm to 12 midnight IST, 9pm to 6am IST ● Shift Scheduling: Based on project needs ● Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) Perks: ● Location Preference: Candidates in or around Chandigarh preferred ● Work Arrangement: Office-based work preferred, with flexibility for work from home based on candidate professionalism.
