ob Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process for UG & PG courses in Regular, Distance, and Online modes. Additionally, the counselor will assist students in securing Regular Admissions through Bihar Student Credit Card Policy.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counseling & Admission Guidance:

• Counsel students and parents about suitable universities, courses, eligibility criteria, and admission processes.
• Provide detailed information on admission options (Regular, Distance, and Online).
• Explain the benefits and application process of the Bihar Student Credit Card (BSCC) scheme for eligible students.

Lead Management & Follow-ups:

• Handle incoming inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Maintain a student database and follow up with leads to ensure successful admissions.
• Convert potential leads into enrollments by addressing their concerns and offering solutions.

Documentation & Admission Process Handling:

• Assist students in filling out application forms and ensure all required documents are submitted.
• Guide students through the loan approval process under the Bihar Student Credit Card scheme.
• Coordinate with universities and institutions for seamless admission processing.

Collaboration & Marketing Support:

• Work closely with the marketing team to promote admission programs.
• Participate in educational fairs, webinars, and seminars to generate leads.
• Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any field (preferably Education, Counseling, or Management).
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in education counseling or admissions.
Strong knowledge of universities, courses, and admission criteria in different modes (Regular, Distance, Online).
Understanding of Bihar Student Credit Card policy and its loan process.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
Ability to work independently and achieve admission targets.
