Admission Counselor

Are you passionate about early childhood education and guiding parents through their child’s first academic journey? We are looking for a motivated Admission Counselor for our preschool in Mumbai. This role is ideal for a friendly, empathetic, and target-driven counselor who enjoys interacting with parents and supporting them through the preschool admission process.

As an admission counselor, you will play a key role in student counseling, parent engagement, and admissions. You will guide parents on preschool programs, curriculum, fees, and policies while ensuring a smooth and positive admission experience.

Key Responsibilities-

• Act as a primary counselor for parents, providing detailed information about preschool programs, curriculum, teaching methodology, and facilities.
• Handle end-to-end preschool admission processes as an admission counselor, including inquiries, school visits, application forms, and documentation.
• Use effective counseling and conversion techniques to close admissions successfully.
• Maintain accurate admission records, counseling details, and follow-up data using CRM or admission tracking systems.
• Work closely with teachers, coordinators, and management to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
• Act as a supportive counselor addressing parent queries and concerns professionally.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an admission counselor, school counselor, or in preschool admissions/EdTech counseling.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (local language proficiency is a plus).
• Interpersonal Skills: Warm, patient, and child-friendly personality with strong people skills.
• Sales & Counseling Skills: Ability to balance counseling with admission targets and conversions.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, MS Office, and familiarity with CRM or admission systems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
