Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused Admission Counselor to join our Noida office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students about our IT and professional training programs, handling inquiries, converting leads into admissions, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries regarding IT and professional training programs.


• Provide detailed counseling to students and working professionals based on their educational background and career goals.


• Guide learners on the right courses such as Software Testing, Full Stack Development, Java, Python, Digital Marketing, and other career-oriented programs.


• Maintain follow-ups with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure timely conversions.


• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.


• Manage student databases, track leads, and report counseling activities using CRM tools.


• Coordinate with the marketing team for demo sessions, webinars, and promotional activities.


• Address student queries related to course fees, schedules, and training outcomes.


• Stay updated on the latest IT trends and emerging technologies to guide students effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in any discipline (background in IT, Business, or Education preferred).


• 1 4 years of experience in counseling, inside sales, or education consulting (preferably in an IT or EdTech setup).


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities with a student-first approach.


• Knowledge of IT courses and career paths (preferred but not mandatory training will be provided).


• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.


• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
