We are looking for a motivated Admission Counselor Intern to help us reach students, generate leads, and convert them into course enrollments. Key Responsibilities Communicate with potential students via phone, WhatsApp, and email to understand their career goals and suggest suitable training programs. Generate leads from various sources including social media, WhatsApp groups, and job portals. Reach out to colleges and training & placement cells to introduce our internship/certification programs. Assist in organizing webinars, workshops, or free demo sessions. Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper records using Excel/Google Sheets or CRM. Support in marketing activities like distributing flyers or sharing creatives on social platforms. Work closely with the marketing and training teams to improve enrollment rates. Who Can Apply Students, freshers, or recent graduates interested in HR, sales, or the education industry. Strong communication and convincing skills. Comfortable with cold calling and following up with potential leads. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business. Willingness to learn and grow with a career-focused mindset.
