As an Admission Counselor, your key responsibilities will include guiding prospective students by advising them on programs, application procedures, and admission requirements. You will review and evaluate applications to assess eligibility and suitability. Additionally, you will be involved in recruitment activities such as attending events, visiting schools, and engaging in outreach to attract students. Organizing and leading campus tours, information sessions, and providing follow-up communication with students are also part of your role. Collaboration with other admissions staff and departments is essential to ensure a smooth admissions process. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data on enrollment trends and applicant demographics to inform recruitment strategies. Moreover, you will provide information on financial aid options, scholarship programs, and develop relationships with alumni to support recruitment efforts. Tracking recruitment efforts, enrollment statistics, and providing reports will be a part of your routine tasks. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, including day and morning shifts. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, and the work location will be in person.
