Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
  • Provide detailed information about courses, admission process, and career opportunities.
  • Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with potential leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Understand student needs and guide them toward suitable programs.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
  • Update and maintain lead status and admission data in Google Sheets or CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales team to manage walk-ins or scheduled visits (if applicable).
  • Share daily report of calls made, admissions done, and follow-ups completed.
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during all interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English mandatory).
  • Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or educational sales is an advantage.
  • Confident, target-oriented, and self-driven personality.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert hesitant leads into enrollments.
  • Good knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel for daily data update.
  • Should be comfortable making 80-100 calls daily.
  • Quick learner and adaptable to work pressure and targets.
  • Basic computer skills are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus
