Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Admission Counselor role located in Sadar. The Admission Counselor will engage with prospective students and their families, providing guidance and support throughout the admissions process. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, explaining programs and admission requirements, assisting with the application process, and following up with potential students. The role also involves collaborating with teams to achieve enrollment targets and contributing to outreach activities to promote the university.

Qualifications

Excellent Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
Strong Customer Service and relationship building abilities
Experience or aptitude in Sales and educational outreach
Familiarity with the Education sector and enrollment processes
Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
Prior experience in admissions or a related field is a plus
