Role Description

Admission Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students via calls, messages, or virtual meetings to understand their learning goals and recommend appropriate courses.
• Convert leads from various campaigns and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Counsel students regarding career opportunities in technology fields such as

  Cyber Security, Data Science, Python, and Data Analytics.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
• Follow up with potential learners and assist in the enrollment process.
• Maintain detailed reports on student interactions, conversions, and feedback.
• Collaborate with mentors and course coordinators to align counseling efforts with program objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in

  BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc (CS/IT)

  or a related technical discipline (preferred but not mandatory)
• Prior experience in

  EdTech sales, admission counseling, or student engagement

  roles will be a strong plus.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of technology-based learning programs
• Passion for education and student career development
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and CRM tools (preferred)
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and empathetic toward learners
