Job Role:

We are seeking a motivated Admissions Counselor to join our team in Hyderabad. The Admissions Counselor will play a key role in guiding students through the admission process, promoting our programs, and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience.

Responsibilities:

• Guide prospective students in choosing suitable courses while promoting the institution’s programs.

• Generate leads and follow up on inquiries through calls, emails.

• Counsel students on course details, eligibility criteria, and admission processes.

• Manage documentation and assist students with fee payments.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students.

• Maintain daily reports on student interactions and admissions progress.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and sales skills.

• Customer service and relationship-building abilities.

• Negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Excellent time management.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field (preferred).  06-2 years of proven experience in sales.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.  Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
