Role Overview: You will be responsible for business development and sales in the education sector, specifically focusing on admissions. As a Business Development Manager/Senior Business Development Executive/Admission Manager, you will play a key role in achieving targets through cold calling, direct sales, and video counseling. Your presentation skills will be vital in showcasing the benefits of the educational offerings to potential clients. Handling pressure and meeting targets will be essential aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct cold calling to generate leads and convert them into admissions - Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets - Engage in direct sales activities to promote educational products and services - Conduct video counseling sessions with potential clients to provide information and address queries - Utilize strong presentation skills to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers - Achieve set targets and objectives within specified time frames - Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing situations Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in education sales - Fluent in Hindi and English, with proficiency in both languages - Strong cold calling and business development skills - Proven track record in direct sales and achieving targets - Experience in conducting video counseling sessions - Excellent presentation skills to showcase educational offerings effectively - Ability to handle pressure and meet set objectives - Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a pleasant personality (Note: Only immediate joiners will be preferred for this role.)
