Admission Counselor

Location: Mumbai Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month Experience Required: 2–3 years Gender: Open to both male and female candidates Education: Bachelor’s Degree Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Admission Counselor to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in counseling students for admissions and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents about our programs, admissions process, eligibility, and career paths. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins for admissions queries. Follow up on leads through CRM systems and maintain detailed records of student interactions. Guide students through the enrollment and documentation process. Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation strategies. Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and outreach programs. Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Psychology, Business preferred). 2–3 years of experience in admissions counseling or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
