Role Overview This hybrid role involves: Admissions & Inquiries – 60% Educator Support – 10% Recruitment & Administration – 30% Key Qualifications Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Use storytelling to communicate the school’s unique vision and approach to allure customers. Open mindset, adaptable to a fast-evolving startup environment Willingness to continuously learn and unlearn Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills Admission Responsbilities Manage end-to-end inquiry and admission processes Handling end to end calls Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective parents and students Use storytelling to communicate the school’s unique vision and approach to allure customers. Recruitment & Administration: Coordinate interview scheduling and screening. Collaborate with leadership on hiring needs. Handle general administrative tasks. Educator Support: Assist with educational activities in the multi-age learning environment Walk-In Interview Details Date: Saturday, 14th June 2025 Time: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM Venue: Geekz Microschool, Adambakkam (Please check Google Maps for exact location) Note: This role requires in-person work at our Adambakkam branch and nearby branches if required.
