Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor located in Ahmedabad. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students through the study abroad application process, providing personalized counseling, assisting with visa applications, and answering inquiries about educational programs. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a high level of customer service, communicating effectively with both students and institutions, and tracking application progress.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service and Sales skills
• Knowledge or experience in the Education sector
• Proficiency in managing client relationships and advising on educational programs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• Previous experience in educational consultancy is a plus
