Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Admission Counsellor, located in Ghaziabad. The Admission Counsellor will interact with prospective students and their families to provide information about online degree programs. The role includes helping students identify suitable programs, addressing queries, offering guidance throughout the admissions process, and maintaining effective communication. Additionally, the counsellor will build long-term relationships with prospective candidates by providing exceptional customer service and support.

Qualifications

• Looking for freshers and upto 2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of the Education sector and online degree programs is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad and collaborate with team members
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Location: Ghaziabad,near Rajender nagar metro station.

Time: 10am-6pm
