Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and articulate Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team.The role focuses on engaging with prospective learners, understanding their goals, and recommending suitable programs offered by our platform. You will play a vital role in achieving revenue targets while contributing to learners’ professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential learners via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing and referral campaigns.
• Conduct detailed need analysis to recommend appropriate learning programs.
• Present program features, benefits, and outcomes clearly to drive conversions.
• Manage and update leads, follow-ups, and outcomes using CRM tools.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activities, and EdTech industry updates.

Skills & Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in inside sales or business development (EdTech experience preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Persuasive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
