Job Description

Calling potential databases and giving detailed information about the organization.

• Contacting active and old leads and providing them with proper admission-related

details and ensuring the enquiry lead moves to admission in the lead stage funnel.

• Ensuring that the daily calling targets are met.

• Asking relevant questions to the prospective parents and understanding their

requirements.

• The candidate will be doing tele counselling and will be responsible for obtaining all

important details of each conversation and updating the data in the CRM Software.

• Timely follow-up on the database of the prospective parents with proper accuracy.

• Addressing the parents uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time and

sharing feedback through emails or calls to respective school locations and teams.

• Coordination between school Admission Counselor / FDE to provide swift resolution

to prospective parents.

• Weekly update about the number of school inquiries converted to admission. Giving

insights to the team leader on which school location is lagging behind.

• Checking frequently the individual schools website, Facebook pages, Google listing

of individual schools and to highlight if any information is missing.

• Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related

expectations.

• Maintaining good relationships with the school locations and associates.

• Coordination with the School Admission Counselor / FDE on a regular basis.

Exchanging in-depth details as and when required.

• Maintaining the database in software as well as in excel on a regular basis
