Job Description Admission Counselor
Experience: 1 or 2 YearsJob Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide students through the admission process and help them choose the right course based on their goals and interests.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle student inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
Guide students and parents about courses, fees, admission process, and career paths.
Conduct counseling sessions to understand student needs.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/MIS.
Coordinate with academic and administration teams for smooth admission processing.
Participate in events, seminars, and promotional activities when required.
Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication (English/Hindi) and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and counseling capability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Ability to work in a fast-paced admission environment.
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Qualification:

Graduation in any stream.

1 or 2 years of experience as an Admission Counselor / Education Counselor / Career Advisor.

Salary:

Negotiable as per experience.

NOTE:
