As a Career Counselor at Arena Animation Malad, your role involves guiding potential students through the enrollment process and converting them into admissions. You will engage with prospects through various channels, provide detailed information about our courses, and use sales techniques to persuade them. Your multitasking skills will be crucial as you handle multiple inquiries simultaneously and maintain accurate records of student interactions. Representing Arena Animation Goregaon at educational fairs and events will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential students through walk-ins, inquiries, and leads - Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, career prospects, and admission procedures - Utilize sales techniques to convert prospects into admissions - Conduct follow-up calls and messages for timely communication - Build and maintain relationships with students and parents - Handle multiple inquiries with accuracy and efficiency - Maintain records of student interactions and admissions - Represent the company at education fairs and seminars Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven sales acumen with the ability to exceed targets - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritization - Knowledge of animation, VFX, graphic design, and multimedia industry - Demonstrated closing skills and professional demeanor - Exceptional customer service and student-centric approach - Collaborative team player with a Bachelor's degree (background in animation is a plus) Preferred Qualifications: - More than 2 years of experience in an educational or similar environment This is a full-time position at Arena Animation Malad with an in-person work location.,
