Job Description

🎯Key Responsibilities:Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online enquiries related to institute courses. Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions through effective counseling. Provide detailed information about courses, fees, duration, and career outcomes. Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students to ensure conversion. Update and manage enquiry and admission data in CRM or Excel sheets. Coordinate with the academic and training teams for smooth student onboarding. Maintain a positive and professional attitude to build trust with students and parents. ✅ Requirements:Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both spoken and written). Well-presented, confident, and persuasive in conversation. Ability to understand student needs and recommend suitable courses. Strong interpersonal and listening skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and digital communication tools. Passion for education and helping students choose the right career path.
