Role Description

The Admission Counsellor for Degree Programs will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, including providing accurate information about courses and programs, addressing queries, and assisting with documentation. The role involves building strong relationships with students and their families, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting admission targets through effective communication and sales strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
• Customer Service and Sales skills to efficiently guide prospective students and achieve admission targets.
• Experience or knowledge in the field of Education to provide accurate and detailed information about the programs.
• Proficiency in local languages and basic computer skills is advantageous.
• An enthusiastic and approachable demeanor with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
