Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Admission Counsellor with 2–5 years of experience in student counseling, lead generation, and admissions. The role involves both marketing activities to generate inquiries and counseling students to convert them into admissions successfully. Key Responsibilities: Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries from prospective students Counsel students on courses, eligibility criteria, admission process, and career opportunities Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote admissions and enhance brand awareness Generate leads from multiple channels – online platforms, events, consultants, and referrals Follow up with leads promptly to maximize conversions Participate in education fairs, exhibitions, and community marketing events Maintain a lead database and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities, advertising, and events Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 2–5 years of relevant experience in admissions and marketing (preferably in education) Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools Ability to work under targets and deadlines Willingness to travel for campaigns and events Benefits: Performance incentives based on admissions achieved Professional growth opportunities within the organization I
