The primary goal is to provide comprehensive support and encourage doctors to enroll in our specialized courses. *Key Responsibilities:* - Engage with highly qualified doctors through phone calls, introducing them to IISAMED, our faculty, and our range of courses. - Clearly explain the benefits of our programs and how they align with the doctors' career goals. - Assess doctors' eligibility based on qualifications and guide them in selecting the most suitable course. - Address any queries or concerns regarding course content, faculty, fees, and enrollment procedures. - Follow up with potential candidates to encourage enrollment and assist them throughout the process. - Maintain accurate records of interactions and enrollment progress. - Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure a seamless experience for candidates. - Meet and exceed enrollment targets through effective counseling and relationship-building. *Training & Work Environment:* - One-week comprehensive training will be provided on the institute’s operations, faculty, and courses. - *Requirements:* - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with doctors. - Previous experience in counseling, sales, or telephonic engagement (preferably in the education or medical field). - Basic knowledge of medical or aesthetic fields is an advantage but not mandatory. - Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for guiding professionals in their career advancement. - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. *What We Offer:* - A competitive salary with performance-based incentives. - An opportunity to work with a prestigious institute in the medical education sector. - Comprehensive training and continuous professional development. - A supportive and dynamic work environment.
