Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, counselling them on various academic programs, and achieving monthly enrollment targets. This is a target-based role that rewards performance with attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries regarding courses and admissions.
• Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and career opportunities.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain records of student interactions, admissions data, and daily reports.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events as required.
• Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Management, or related field preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or sales (preferably in the education sector).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and goal-oriented attitude with the ability to meet targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
