Job Title: Admission Counsellor Location: Matunga, Mumbai Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree Salary Range: 30000 to 60000 per month Experience: 2 to 4 years Gender Preference: Female Candidates Only Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and persuasive Admission Counsellor to join our team in Matunga, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process and helping to achieve enrollment targets. Key Responsibilities: Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and admission procedures Conduct admission drives and outreach programs to attract applicants Assist candidates in filling out application forms and submitting necessary documents Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into admissions Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process Maintain accurate records of admissions and communications Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university 2 to 4 years of experience in admission counselling or related roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into admissions Good organizational and record-keeping abilities Professional and approachable demeanor Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Application Question(s): Require Only Female Candidate Work Location: In person
