Manage a
detailed database
of all lead interactions and regularly update it in the CRM.
Provide
feedback and insights
to the Student Experience Manager to improve lead conversion rates.
Develop and maintain
positive, professional relationships
with students throughout their learning journey.
Understand course details, career outcomes, and institute offerings to
effectively counsel and convert leads into admissions
.
Achieve monthly admission targets
while maintaining a strong focus on student satisfaction and service quality.
Handle student queries with
empathy, patience, and clarity
to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

What Were Looking For

Immediate Joiner
preferred with prior experience as an
Admission Counsellor / Education Sales Executive
, preferably in an
EdTech or training institute
.
Excellent
spoken and written communication skills
(English & Hindi).
A strong
sales-oriented mindset
with the ability to identify student needs and offer the right course fit.
Vibrant, approachable personality
with strong interpersonal skills.
High level of
empathy, patience, and integrity
when dealing with students and parents.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
