School:

Responsibilities:

Handle parent enquiries via phone, walk-ins, email, and school events.
Counsel prospective parents about school philosophy, curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
Conduct campus tours and ensure an engaging, informative experience.
Maintain enquiry data, follow up with leads, and convert inquiries into admissions.
Coordinate admission tests, documentation, and onboarding formalities.
Support planning and execution of admission campaigns, orientations, open houses, and outreach events.
Maintain updated records on CRM/software and generate periodic admission reports.
Build strong relationships with parents to ensure positive communication and satisfaction.
