Position Overview : We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing accurate information about courses and programs, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet admission targets. Key Responsibilities Handle inquiries from prospective students and parents via calls, emails, and walk-ins. Provide detailed and accurate information about courses, fees, eligibility, and admission procedures. Counsel students on career choices and recommend suitable programs based on their interests and background. Maintain follow-ups with leads to ensure maximum conversions. Guide students through the application and enrollment process. Maintain and update student databases, inquiry logs, and admission records. Achieve individual and team admission targets.
