Role Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Telecallers – Admission Counselling who can engage with students, understand their academic needs, and guide them towards suitable courses. This role involves outbound calling, counselling, and maintaining strong student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to students based on the leads provided by the company.

- Counsel students about courses, admission processes, and career opportunities.

- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with students.

- Follow up regularly with students to ensure conversions.

- Update and maintain the database of student interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling/ counselling is an added advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).

- Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages will be an added benefit

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
