We are hiring an Admission Counsellor for Aravali International School -Sector 43. The role involves engaging with prospective parents and students from diverse cultural backgrounds, guiding them through the admissions process, and supporting the school’s enrolment objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a deep understanding of international education standards and exceptional customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for all admissions-related inquiries. Counsel prospective families on curriculum offerings (CBSE Cambridge, etc.), school philosophy, academic programs, campus life, and admissions procedures. Manage end-to-end admission processes, including scheduling interviews, assessments, follow-ups, documentation, and final onboarding. Organize and conduct campus tours, open houses, and information sessions. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute school promotion campaigns and events. Maintain accurate records of all inquiries, applications, and conversions using the school’s CRM or admissions software. Foster positive relationships with prospective families through timely and consistent communication. Coordinate with academic departments to facilitate student evaluations and ensure smooth onboarding. Prepare regular reports on admissions statistics and conversion ratios. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a degree in Education, Psychology, or Communication is preferred. MBA Preferred. 2–5 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or a related field—preferably in an international or private school setting. Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum is highly desirable. Experience working with diverse nationalities and cultures. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
