Responsibilities:

• Counsel researchers and scholars via calls about writing and publication services.
• Explain publication process, journal options, and related support services.
• Maintain records, track conversions, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with editorial and project teams for timely assistance.
• Meet daily call and conversion goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education/Business preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in academic or tele-counselling roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and research understanding.
