Job Description

As a team member at Amity University, Noida, your primary responsibilities will include generating leads and admissions, achieving individual targets, conducting presentations at schools and colleges, organizing seminars, counseling students and parents, and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the center. You will be required to engage in extensive travel within and around the region to fulfill these duties. Additionally, motivating the team towards achieving common goals will be a key aspect of your role. You will report to the Zonal Manager or Territory Manager, collaborating closely with them to ensure the smooth operation of the center. This position requires full-time and permanent commitment, offering benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, leave encashment, and Provident Fund. The work schedule will involve day shifts, fixed shifts, and weekends only, with opportunities for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses based on your contributions. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of prior work experience, preferably in a similar role. This position will be based in person at the Amity University campus in Noida, providing you with a vibrant and diverse learning environment to thrive in.,
