Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor located in Pune. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding and assisting students in choosing suitable courses and colleges, providing personalized counseling sessions, and maintaining accurate records of student interactions. They will also conduct seminars and events across multiple cities, support students throughout the admission process, and participate in training sessions for group discussions (GD) and personal interviews (PI).

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales
• Knowledge of the Education sector
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with students and institutions
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Experience in educational counseling is a plus
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software
