Role Overview: Tutor Admin / Tutor Coordinator

This hybrid role combines educational support with administrative coordination—ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and passionate about education.

• Provide one-on-one or small group instruction in specific subjects.
• Assess student progress; develop individualized lesson plans or study strategies.
• Support students with homework, test prep, study methods, or organizing materials
• Manage scheduling: tutoring sessions, staffing, and matching tutors with tutees.

• Perform reception/front-desk tasks: greet walk-in clients, answer calls, manage paperwork.

• Education: Frequently requires a bachelor’s degree (often in education or related fields); teaching credentials or experience are a plus.
