Job Summary: We are seeking experienced and passionate faculty members to join our academic team to deliver high-quality coaching for NEET and JEE aspirants. The ideal candidate will have in-depth subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and a commitment to student success. The faculty will be responsible for planning and conducting engaging, exam-oriented sessions, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the syllabus as per NTA guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Deliver subject-specific lectures for NEET (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) or JEE (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) as per the curriculum. Design and implement lesson plans, assignments, tests, and learning activities to maximize students performance. Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, mock tests, and practice exams to prepare students for competitive examinations. Analyze student performance and provide timely feedback and support. Keep up-to-date with changes in NEET/JEE syllabus and exam patterns. Participate in curriculum development and contribute to academic planning. Maintain discipline, motivation, and a conducive learning environment in the classroom. Collaborate with academic coordinators and other team members for smooth program execution. Requirements: Educational Qualification: Masters degree (M.Sc/M.Tech/Ph.D.) in the respective subject. B.Ed. preferred but not mandatory. Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in NEET/JEE coaching institutes or similar academic setups. Skills: Strong subject expertise and conceptual clarity. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to engage and inspire students. Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online platforms (for hybrid/online mode). Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Preferred Qualities: Result-oriented with a passion for teaching and mentoring. Proven track record of producing top-performing students.
