Job Title: Administrator

Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled Administrator to provide administrative support to our food chain business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
2. Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee information, customer feedback, and inventory management.
3. Provide customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
4. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
5. Assist with financial tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budgeting.
6. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
7. Support management with data analysis, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
2. Proven administrative experience, preferably in the food industry.
3. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve customer complaints.
6. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
2. Knowledge of food safety and handling regulations.
3. Familiarity with accounting principles and financial management.
