We are looking for a dedicated receptionist who will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and effective communicati on in our Facilities and Infrastructure department within our Internal Firm Services Line of Service. The selected candi date will focus on providing efficient and effective administrative support within the organisation . This includes greeting and directing visitors, managing the office calendar and assisting with office supplies . Responsibilities In this exciting starting position, you will be: Answering and directing phone calls; Administrative tasks in coordination with the Facilities department ; Assisting with office logistics , suppliers and supporting Facilities-related projects ; Welcoming and directing visitors to the appropriate person or department ; Providing general administrative and operational support ( e.g. document printing/formatting); Shar ing and collaborat ing effectively with others; Tak ing action to stay current with new and evolving technology; Handl ing information responsibly and confidentially; Uphold ing the firm's code of ethics and business conduct; Performing any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Experience and Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in the relevant field. Candidates who have completed a secretarial course will be preferred; Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office ; Able to demonstrate strong organisational skills and high levels of self-motivation; Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to support multiple stakeholders who might have conflicting priorities; Excellent influencing and communication skills; Ability to work proactively, and make decisions where appropriate ; Ability to develop internal and external relationships; Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills; We are inviting you to be part of The New Equation.
