Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Gudivada. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the office. Day-to-day tasks include managing correspondence, handling scheduling, assisting with customer service inquiries, and providing general office support. They will also be responsible for maintaining records, supporting finance-related activities, and analyzing administrative processes to find efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in performing Administrative Assistance tasks
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Solid Analytical Skills
  • Knowledge of basic Finance procedures
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is a plus
