Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate day-to-day administrative functions of the university and provide support to staff and students.

* Handle office correspondence, documentation, and communication in a timely and professional manner.

* Ensure effective management of records, files, and databases for easy retrieval and maintenance.

* Assist in organizing meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring logistics and necessary arrangements are in place.

* Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to facilitate smooth operations.

* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

* Manage and track university supplies and equipment, ensuring proper inventory and procurement processes.

* Oversee the scheduling and coordination of appointments, meetings, and travel for senior faculty and staff.

* Support HR activities such as staff on boarding, leave management, and other administrative functions.

* Provide general office support to faculty, staff, and students, ensuring effective communication.

* Handle queries and concerns from students, faculty, and staff with professionalism and efficiency.

* Implement and follow institutional policies, ensuring adherence to regulations.

* Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and improve administrative processes.

Key Requirements:

* Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree (PG) in any field (MBA will be more preferable)

*Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an educational institution or similar organization in an administrative role.

* Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.

Skills:

* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Preferred Skills:

* Prior experience in educational institutions will be an advantage.

* Basic knowledge of student management systems (if applicable).

* Familiarity with handling confidential information.
