Job Description:

The Overall Administrator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring daily operations across all departments—Sales, CRM, Admin, and Business Development—to ensure smooth functioning and achievement of business targets. The role demands leadership, strong coordination, and proactive support to ensure timely delivery, output quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:1. Administration:

  • Oversee daily administrative tasks, including office management, staff movement, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure documentation, recordkeeping, and compliance protocols are properly followed.
  • Supervise front office, housekeeping, and support staff for smooth operations.

2. Sales & Business Development:

  • Coordinate with the sales team to track performance, targets, and client onboarding.
  • Ensure daily reports, follow-ups, and conversion data are updated and shared.
  • Support proposal and quotation submissions and ensure timely follow-up on leads.

3. CRM (Client Relationship Management):

  • Monitor the client delivery process from onboarding to project closure.
  • Ensure CRM teams maintain communication logs, client updates, and service commitments.
  • Resolve escalations and ensure client satisfaction through timely administrative support.

4. Business Commitments & Output Monitoring:

  • Track department-wise deliverables against business goals and client deadlines.
  • Ensure all departments (Admin, Sales, CRM) meet daily/weekly/monthly output expectations.
  • Generate and submit performance reports to management on progress and challenges.
  • Initiate corrective actions where necessary to improve team coordination and delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
