Job Description

4:00 pm to 1:00 am (Night Shift). We do not have transport facilities. This is a work from office role. The contract is for 1 year

Eyelander Digital Pvt. Ltd. provides contractual staffing to overseas clients from our offices in India, where people are on Eyelander Digital's payroll and work directly with clients. We have many niche roles which provide excellent exposure to our staff and we give competitive hikes on current CTC for the right talent.

This is a contractual role where the candidate will work directly with our client who is based in USA and trades across global markets. Candidates should speak very fluent english with no regional accent, excellent advanced excel and MS office skills

It is initially a one year contract and can be extended based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and follow up with multiple internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and seamless workflow.
  • Schedule, organize, and manage interviews and recruitment-related activities.
  • Maintain and update various reports, trackers, and administrative records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and correspondence as required by management.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and supporting HR operations.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements when necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and operational teams.
  • Proactively identify administrative gaps and propose solutions to improve workflow efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 23 years of experience

    in an administrative or coordination role; experience in financial, trading, or corporate environments is a plus.
  • Excellent command of English

    spoken and written—with the ability to communicate professionally.
  • Advanced MS Office skills

    , especially

    MS Excel

    (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data organization, reporting).
  • Strong organizational abilities and
