Job Description for Facility Manager:
- Young and dynamic person preferably below the age of 45 years.
- Minimum 3-5yrs experience in office and facility management in similar type of facility.
- Atleast a graduate (preferably a civil or MBA degree).
- Knowledge in Chiller operations and maintenance
- Able to manage STP operations.
- Knowledge in website/portal management and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage occupants and owners complaints and queries.
- Inventory management.
- Followup with tenants and owners for CAM charges.
- Documentation and implementation of ISO standard for association office management.
- With ideas for Revenue generation.
- Manage Rental and sale of units on behalf association for interested owners.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
