Administrative Associate

Role Description The Mix Up Company is looking for an organized, creative, and proactive Administrative Associate to join our team. If you're a self-starter with a good eye for detail, enjoy creating engaging content, and have a solid understanding of how e-commerce works, you'll fit right in! This role is perfect for someone dynamic who can anticipate needs, find clever solutions, and directly contribute to how our products appear online and to our brand's overall success. You'll also be a key support for the manager, helping with various tasks whenever needed to keep things running smoothly. This is a full-time, on-site position right here in Kannur, Kerala . As an Administrative Associate, you'll handle important administrative tasks, manage invoices, assist with finance-related duties, and provide friendly customer service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will also involve maintaining effective communication and ensuring our operations run smoothly. Qualifications Administrative Skills: You're good at managing daily office tasks and keeping things organized. Clear Communication: You can express yourself well, both in writing and when speaking with others. Invoicing & Finance Basics: You have some experience with invoicing and can help out with financial tasks. Customer Service Heart: You genuinely enjoy helping people and providing great service. Detail-Oriented & Problem Solver: You pay close attention to details and are good at finding solutions when challenges come up. Team Player: You enjoy working collaboratively and contribute positively to a team environment. E-commerce Experience (Bonus!): If you've worked in an online business before, that's a plus, but it's not a must-have.
