Administrative Assistant

Established in 2008, Wierenga.Tax is an income tax preparation firm. We are a team of tax, accounting, and legal professionals that provide our clients with assistance in wealth creation and preservation strategies.

The position includes the following responsibilities:

• Extremely high attention to detail
• Ability to work in an efficient manner
• Self-starter and proactive in approach

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills

Job Type:

• Flexible part-time that could become a full-time position

Compensation:

• 500 - 1,000.00 INR per hour - depending on experience

Experience:

• Bookkeeping: 5-10 years
• Microsoft Word & Excel: 3-5 years
• QuickBooks Desktop and Online: 3-5 years
• Tax Dome preferred
• Customer Service: 3-5 years

Work Location:

• Fully remote
