This position is responsible for administrative functions for JJK India, supporting day-to-day office activities. This role involves handling general administrative tasks, basic coordination work, office upkeep, employee transport arrangements and basic logistical support.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management or a related field.
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in office administration and transport coordination, preferably in a corporate or multi-department setting.
Other Skills/Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in English and Kannada (spoken and written)
Good knowledge of MS Office tools: Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc
Excellent coordination and multi-tasking skills
Basic understanding of facility, transport, and vendor management
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and organizational ability.
