Administrative Assistant Senior Analyst

As an Administrative Assistant Senior Analyst at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior executives. Your exceptional multi-tasking skills, discretion, and ability to anticipate needs will be essential in this fast-paced, high growth environment. You will serve as a trusted gatekeeper and coordinator for a group of Senior Executives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and prioritize the executives" calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and events. - Prepare meeting briefs and follow-up actions. - Organize travel itineraries, visas, accommodations, and logistics. - Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings and special events. - Maintain relevant files, documents, and records. - Track deadlines, action items, and ensure timely follow-ups. - Process expense reports and approvals. - Assist with simple research, data gathering, and preparation of reports. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors or Masters degree preferred; relevant certifications a plus. - 5+ years experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership. - Outstanding organizational and time-management skills. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English. - High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools. - Discretion in handling sensitive information. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
